SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Next Day Air or Two-Day Air shipping methods selected will ship the same business day as long as item is in stock. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS. The following shipping methods are in effect at this time:
- UPS Ground: Free for orders over $75 to all continental US locations, $7.95 for orders $75 or less; Will arrive in 3-7 business days
- UPS 2-Day Air Shipping: $29.95; Will arrive in 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: $39.95; Will arrive the following business day
- UPS International: $39.95 (subject to additional duties and taxes); Shipping times are variable

BACKORDERS
Backorders usually ship in 2 - 3 weeks, unless otherwise communicated on the product page or through email.
If you have multiple items on your order, and one or more is on backorder, your order will ship partial to include custom engraved pieces.
If you ordered a gift set, and one or more of the items is on back order, we will hold the entire order until the back order item comes in and can ship complete.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Stella Valle, LLC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on stellavalle.com, login, and refer to your recent orders.
RETURN POLICY
STELLAVALLE.COM PURCHASES
Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Stella Valle within 7 business days of receipt of product. All items must be returned in the original packaging and must be unworn. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. A refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and insurance costs incurred by us. Any other expense incurred by you to receive the merchandise, to include shipping, insurance, customs duty or any other related fees will not be reimbursed. On international orders, refunds will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. You are responsible for returning the product and you must obtain a tracking number from the carrier so the item can be tracked.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. PROMOTION INFORMATION
Any product purchased during a promotion related to a "gift with purchase" can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price less shipping. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Stella Valle, LLC ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
GIFT CARDS
Stella Valle gift cards can be redeemed online only. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card.
